Our Shipping policy
We want to get you your Hastings Collective products as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Carafe to good use sooner.
Please note, unfortunately we are unable to amend, add to, or cancel an order once it has been placed. We partner with Amazon to complete our fulfilment, as soon as your order is placed the request goes direct to the warehouse for picking.
Hastings Collective offers free shipping on orders $60 and up. All orders under $60 will be charged a flat $6.00 fee.

Our standard shipping takes bettween 3-5 business days
- Wash and rinse thoroughly before first use.
- Hand wash and hand dry Only.
- Do Not place in a Dishwasher.
- Do NOT place in microwave.
- Do NOT use abrasive cleaners or scrubbers on any part of this product.
- Do NOT fill the carafe with highly acidic liquids for long periods of time or corrosive liquids.
- Remove the detachable Stainless Steel filter periodically and gently clean the silicone seal on the lid.
- Do NOT leave wooden handle submerged under water.
Our carafes have been independently tested to keep your tea or coffee hot for at least 5 hours.
The primary reason customers have trouble with the thermal performance is because the lid isn't secured properly. Make sure the lid is screwed on firm and the button on the lid is not clicked down.

To correctly pour your beverage be sure to first remove the mesh filter.
There is NO need to unscrew the lid to pour, simply click the button on the lid down and pour your beverage.
Once poured click the button back closed to keep your favourite drink hot and fresh.
Our Return Policy
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Hastings Collective products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days, providing it is unused and in its original packaging
To return your product to us, please contact us so we can send you a return label to affix on the return package.
Note: Postage is not provided for customers who return the product due to a "change in mind".
